Timothy Mattke

The Midwest is where Timothy spent the first several decades of his life having grown up in Wisconsin and attending Southern Illinois University where he received a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Design and Horticulture. The long cold winters played a key role in his move to Charleston, SC in 2008 where he spent several years in the tech industry before beginning his career in the insurance industry. Over the past 11 years, Timothy has found his passion helping clients navigate the coastal property, hospitality, and risk management realms of the industry. When Timothy is not crunching rate numbers, reviewing contracts, or completing on-site inspections, you can find him spending time outdoors with his wife and children (specifically fossil hunting!) or volunteering his time for local non-profits.
